Our coaches are dedicated to sharing their love of wrestling , athletics, health and fitness. Competition is about adapting to struggle; it exposes our strengths and weaknesses. Coaches are our guides through times both good and rough so that we come out the other end better, stronger and equipped to handle whatever may lie ahead.

Our coaches are USA Wrestling and Safesport certified.

About

DGWC is a 501c3 (EIN #81-3768514) non profit youth wrestling club with the goal of introducing the local community to the sport of wrestling by providing affordable instruction and access to competition. Practice is held twice weekly on Monday and Wednesday evenings for wrestlers in first grade through high school of all skill and experience levels.

Youth Practice (K-6) is held year around and middle and high school level practice is held in 10 to 12 week sessions in the Fall and Spring. All are welcome. See the Calendar for session dates
